Important Updates to Our Service Offerings at LEAD Learning Club

Dear LEAD Learning Club Families,

We hope this email finds you well and that you and your family had a wonderful summer! We’re looking forward to working with your children as they embark on a successful new school year. We’d also like to inform you of some exciting changes to our services that will enhance the quality and effectiveness of our programs. These updates will take effect on October 15, 2024, and we are confident they will provide your child with an even more supportive learning environment.

What’s Changing?

  1. Discontinuation of Homework Support Sessions:

To ensure the highest level of focus on your child's progress, we will no longer be offering homework support as part of our services. This decision was made to prioritize and maintain a strong commitment to the structured LEAD Learning Program, which we believe is the best path to long-term success for your child.

  1. Transition to the LEAD Tutoring Model:

As of October 15, we will be phasing out our 1:1 tutoring services. All memberships will be converted to our highly successful LEAD Tutoring Model, featuring small, focused groups of 2:1 students per tutor. This model allows for greater peer interaction while maintaining personalized attention from our expert tutors, who are trained to implement the LEAD Learning Program tailored to each child's needs based on their individual Learning Plan.

Why This Model Works:

Our LEAD Levels program is based on extensive research and real-world results from our own students. By grouping students in pairs, we’ve found that they not only benefit from individualized support but also from the opportunity to engage and learn alongside a peer. Our data shows that this model leads to:

  • 50% greater improvement in reading and comprehension skills compared to 1:1 sessions.

  • 35% higher success rates in mastering math concepts.

  • Increased motivation and confidence when working in small groups.

For children with severe learning difficulties, we are pleased to offer orthopedagogy services, which will remain available for specialized support. However, please note that all 1:1 tutoring will be discontinued after October 15, 2024.

Next Steps:

In the coming weeks, if you have a Private (1:1) membership, we will reach out to you with more information on how your child’s plan will be converted to LEAD’s new membership model. Our team will work closely with you to ensure a smooth transition, and we are available to answer any questions you may have.

Thank you for your understanding and continued trust in LEAD. We are confident that these changes will enhance your child's learning experience and bring even more success in the coming months.

Warm regards,

LEAD Learning Club Team
