OUR SERVICES

French Language

LEAD LEVELS
The LEAD Levels© System is the foundation of our personalized learning approach, featuring 50 progressive levels in English, French, and Mathematics. Spanning Kindergarten to Grade 6, the system is fully aligned with the Quebec Education Program (QEP), ensuring each child develops the skills and knowledge needed to meet provincial expectations while building a strong academic foundation.
Rather than relying solely on traditional grade levels, we assess each child's unique strengths and learning needs to determine the most appropriate LEAD Level. This process is informed by collaboration with the child's broader support network—including neuropsychologists, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, classroom teachers, and school administrators—when appropriate, ensuring each learning plan reflects the child's complete academic and developmental profile.
By meeting students where they are, the LEAD Levels© System allows children to progress at their own pace, close academic gaps, and build confidence before advancing to more complex concepts. Regular assessments monitor progress, celebrate growth, and ensure mastery of key skills, empowering every child to achieve lasting academic success.

Based on the assessment, our team develops a personalized Student Success Plan with clear, measurable goals tailored to your child's unique learning profile. This dynamic learning plan evolves throughout the year through regular progress monitoring, ongoing communication with families, and collaboration with classroom teachers and relevant specialists when appropriate, ensuring your child's program continues to reflect their changing needs, strengths, and goals.

Learning Sessions
Your child begins their personalized learning program at the LEAD Level© best suited to their current skills and learning needs, guided by our experienced educators. After each session, you'll receive a detailed progress report to keep you informed of their growth, achievements, and next steps. Our Academic Directors oversee every student's program to ensure quality, consistency, and continued alignment with their individualized Student Success Plan.
