The people behind the Learning Club

LEAD Learning Club was born from a shared mission to transform education and empower children to excel academically and personally. It began as a collaboration between a teacher known for her innovative teaching methods and a forward-thinking early education group with a shared commitment to excellence in education.

Together, we envisioned a space where personalized, research-driven approaches would inspire students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Today, LEAD Learning Club continues to bring that vision to life, fostering a love for learning and unlocking the full potential of every child we serve.

Meet The Team

At LEAD, our featured team members include our Learning Coaches and Centre Directors—the instructional leaders and management team who guide our program. Alongside them, we are proud to have an incredible team of over 20 Learning consultants who work directly with families and make a meaningful impact every single day.

Each Learning consultant is trained by LEAD HQ and earns a LEAD Program Certification before working with families. They also participate in quarterly professional development, receive ongoing coaching, and are regularly observed by our Learning Coaches and Centre Directors to ensure the highest standards of quality and support.
