High School Prep Program (Grade 6)

Service Description

ABOUT THE PROGRAM LEAD Learning center is offering an intensive program that will prepare students for their high school entrance examinations. The program will cover topics seen in Quebec high school entrance examinations. Our program offers students a review of mathematics, reading comprehension and test taking strategies, and English or French grammar/writing skills practice. Included in the program are simulation exams. Students participate in a practice exam, during which our learning specialists will observe test-taking habits and skill gaps. This allows our team to target instruction according to each student’s individual needs. Our learning specialists will share results with families & track student growth between assessments. HIGH SCHOOL ADMISSIONS INTERVIEW SKILLS (If requested) High school entrance examinations often require an interview prior to admission. Should your school require this, our interview preparation program will be a 2-part session and will last for 45 minutes per session. The final 15 minutes of the session will be a parent meeting where the tutor meets with the family to provide feedback and tips for practice based off of their responses. Cancellation Policy

POLITIQUE D'ANNULATION : Tous les services ne sont pas remboursables au moment de l'achat. Les abonnements doivent être annulées 48 heures avant le prochain cycle de facturation. Les sessions de l'abonnement mensuel doivent être utilisées dans le mois, sinon elles expireront. Les sessions non utilisées après le cycle de facturation du mois ne peuvent pas être reportées ou transférées à un autre abonnement. Pour reprogrammer une session, veuillez nous contacter 24 heures à l'avance via le chat du système de réservation. Les sessions annulées moins de 12 heures à l'avance sont perdues et ne peuvent être reportées à une date ultérieure. En réservant ce service, j'accepte les politiques ci-dessus. - CANCELLATION POLICY: All services are non-refundable upon purchase. Memberships must be cancelled 48 hours before the next billing cycle. Monthly membership sessions must be used within the month or will expire. Unused sessions past the month’s billing cycle cannot be carried over or transferred to another membership. To reschedule a session, please contact us 24 hours in advance via the booking system chat. Sessions cancelled less than 12 hours in advance are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled to a later date. By booking this service, I agree to the policies above. - TUTEURS : Nous réservons le droit d'offrir un remplaçant en cas d'absence d'un tuteur. Les sessions ne seront pas annulées en cas d'absence d'un tuteur, à moins que LEAD ne puisse fournir un remplaçant. Si LEAD ne peut pas fournir de remplaçant, les parents en seront informés et la session sera reportée. -- TUTORS: We reserve the right to provide a substitute in the case of a tutor absence. Sessions will not be cancelled in the case of an tutor absence, unless a substitute cannot be provided by LEAD. If LEAD cannot provide a substitute, parents will be advised and the session will be rescheduled.
