Learning at the Right Level

LEAD Learning Club uses 50 distinct learning levels tailored to each child’s current abilities. This personalized system allows children to work with material that matches their skills, which improves understanding by up to 45%. When children engage with content that fits their level, they avoid frustration and boredom, making learning both meaningful and enjoyable.

Each level includes three key stages:

Understanding: Introducing new concepts clearly and accessibly
Practicing: Reinforcing skills through interactive activities
Producing: Applying knowledge in creative and problem-solving tasks

This structure encourages children to explore reading, writing, and problem-solving in ways that suit their pace and style.

Support and Guidance from Learning Specialists

At LEAD, children are not left to learn on their own. Learning specialists provide guided instruction, offering support and encouragement throughout the process. This guidance helps children discover new ideas, express themselves, and make connections between concepts. The specialists also help build self-confidence and independence, which are essential for lifelong learning.

Visible Progress in Six Weeks

Our data shows that 8 out of 10 children make noticeable improvements in reading, writing and in word problems within just six weeks. This progress results from consistent practice, personalized instruction, and reflection on learning experiences.

Reflection plays a vital role in sustaining progress. Children are encouraged to think about how they learn best, recognize their strengths, and adjust their strategies accordingly. This self-awareness boosts motivation and helps children take ownership of their learning journey.
